Supervision with Ness

I offer professional supervision services to counsellors, supervisors and healthcare workers.

Supervision is your time to explore your work with clients/supervisees and to monitor your professional development. I provide a supportive, consultative supervision space for us to explore your work, your process, your challenges and your successes.

My way of working is person centred with a creative, reflective, sometimes playful approach. I will say what I see, listen well, direct and challenge you to inspire confidence and growth. I also commit to bringing information, support and challenge to our sessions.

I will keep my focus on you mindful that while some of our time is for exploring the client's needs and progress, our priority is you and how you are with your work. We look together at your thoughts, feelings and actions. I encourage you to reflect alongside my noticing of areas of success and possible blind spots. You matter to me. Our relationship matters. We need to become an effective team for the sake or your clients wellbeing, their growth and yours. 

Counselling students are welcome and may benefit from a reduced fee.
